This session, part of our "RVi Recharge Learn" series focused on trade secret protection, was led by RVi's General Counsel, covering how to correctly identify, protect, and manage the company's trade secrets.

Today's session covered substantial ground — from the basic definitions of confidential company information and trade secrets, through the practical standards for reasonable confidentiality measures, to the new challenges the AI era brings. It left the team with a more thorough, systematic understanding of trade secret protection.
